Relationship started well but after winning our trust, took major advantage. He installed a bathroom, I paid full amount (higher than I was expecting) on his verbal request. When asking for an invoice (some things weren’t even installed), he became aggressive and refused to give me anything. Massively overcharged for awful work. We’re having to get professionals in to redo the bathroom. I’ve attempted to communicate to get him to share the invoice of work so we could agree repairs to be done. He’s just been rude and cut off Comms.

We just moved to the area and needed urgent repairs. Ami helped us on day 1 with our sink, washing machine and heating. We've already had him back for other jobs. He's the most amicable honest and genuine tradesman we've ever met and we won't be looking anywhere else for help🙏
